Come into Grateful Life Wellness and learn more about how to utilize this beautiful modality using the universal frequency of love. Through this class you will learn about energetic boundaries, the science behind the woo, the root origin of Reiki, and how to work with the energy for yourself, others, animals, plants, and the world.

You will be guided through multiple meditations, so please dress comfortably and we will have an hour of lunch as well and you are welcome to bring your own or there are some cafes around the East Village as well!
